Before we can assist you with your internet problems, please be sure you have connected your Comtrend modem/router properly.

DSL Phone Line

Your DSL phone line (from the wall jack) connects to the port labeled “LINE”. (See gray port in top diagram.)

Computer Cable

Your computer (if not wireless) connects to one of the 4 “LAN” ports. (See yellow ports in top diagram.)

Phone Filter

The phone line that connects to the modem/router does NOT need to have a filter — only phone lines on your internet that connect to a phone, need to have a filter.

Set up your account on-line and you can “refresh your service”, change your current package and print a channel lineup. The phone number is now in the Fishers Island Telephone Directory: 1-800-531-5000.
