NOTICE OF NEW WATER TARIFF REVISIONS

On April 16, 2026, the New York Public Service Commission reviewed Fishers Island Water Works Rate Case 25-W-0553 to increase its total annual revenues. The Commission issued its ‘Order Determining Revenue Requirement’ effective April 17, 2026.

The proposed amendments have an effective date of May 1, 2026. The Commission authorizes FIWW to increase its annual metered revenues by $300,000 or 33.3%. The existing System Improvement Charge revenue of $76,076 will decrease to $0 and is now included in base rates. The combined increase to base rates is $376,076 or 39.9%
