NOTICE OF PROPOSED WATER TARIFF REVISIONS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Fishers Island Water Works Corporation (“FIWW”) that on August 29, 2025, it issued and filed with the New York State Public Service Commission (“Commission”) Tariff leaves to amend its Schedule for Water Service, P.S.C. No. 2, Water to become effective January 1, 2026.  The Tariff amendments propose rates that would increase FIWW’s overall revenues by about $300,000 or 30.88%.  The proposed increase is proposed to be allocated across all metered Service Classifications equally.  All of the proposed fees reflect FIWW’s actual costs of performing the service.
