If you have a complaint regarding billing or service from the Fishers Island Electric, Telephone or Water Works Corporations please call the President of the Fishers Island Utility Company, Christopher Finan, at 631-788-7251 Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.

The Fishers Island Utility Company will investigate the complaint and inform you of its decision orally or in writing.

If you have an unresolved complaint or if the Fishers Island Utility Company fails to “satisfactorily” resolve your service or billing complaint within a reasonable period of time, customers may refer their complaint in writing, by phone, or online to:
