What is the FITC CommPortal Web?
The FITC CommPortal Web is an advanced web-based interface which allows you to view and manage the configuration of your FITC telephone service from your computer or tablet, from anywhere. CommPortal Web is included with our Voice Mail Service ($5 res, $6 bus /month) at no additional charge.
From the FITC CommPortal Web you can:
- access your voicemail
- have voicemail messages sent to your email address
- view received, missed and dialed calls
- change your voicemail passcode
- adjust your call forwarding/blocking settings
- configure SimRing
- and much more!

Once activated, access the FITC CommPortal Web at portal.fishersisland.net and login with your 10 digit
phone number and password.
