Maintaining clear right-of-ways are vital to allow the F. I. Utility Co. to be able to serve the needs of Fishers Island. We appreciate your understanding and assistance in maintaining them.
All right of ways shall be 15 feet in width and provide a clear cut area that will not interfere with the access and maintenance of electrical, telephone and water facilities located within said right of way. The Utility Company shall have the right to clear and maintain these right of ways.
