|In an effort to educate consumers, NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association
has released several educational pieces regarding the ongoing call completion
epidemic that are available for association members to share with their customers.
On February 16, the association issued a feature article that has been placed in
hundreds of local newspapers in rural areas across the country.
The article provides consumers with information about call completion
and how consumers can report call failures to the FCC.
